デスノート第２話　- Death Note Episode 2

Light continues killing off people and his ego gets worst and worst, luckily L comes in to remind Light that he isn’t as badass as he originally thought.

– Light continues killing. Yay
– The Interpol people get riled up. Too many people are dying and there’s no control over it, so they bring in L
– L basically says that the killer is in Japan and the Japanese represenative askes why L believes the killer is in Japan
– L says because the majority of the murders are Japanese citizens
– Light develops a way to hide his DN and we get this whole 3D schematics on it. Yay
– L broadcasts a warning out to ‘Kira’ saying that he’s basically gonna catch his ass, under the guise of Lind L. Taylor
– Light is basically like ‘ WTF YO you can’t kill me I’m the fucking god up in this house ‘ and is like ‘ I’LL SHOW YOU ‘ and basically writes Lind’s name in big letters thus killing him off
– Light thinks he’s won but finds out that Lind was just a front to prove to the Interpol peeps that Kira was indeed in the Kanto region of Japan and that he’s basically found him
– Light is like wtf but like thinks of this as a great battle.
– Ryuk again says that he finds this humans very amusing
– L and Light both say at the end that ” I am justice ”

 The animation in the episode was pretty lack luster. Its was very disappointing from last weeks ep that was sexy and mmm orgasmic. Though the intense scenes where Light is like ‘ I KEEL U MOTHA FUCKA ‘ is pretty well animation, getting is psychotic look down (I counted down with Light when he was waiting for Lind to die 8D). The whole schematics about his drawer bomb was as boring as it was in the manga so whatever on that. Mamo’s voice acting has gotten better, but not much. I still hear a tint of Tamaki in there, but not much… so at least we know he’s getting more relaxed in his role as Kira. L’s VA fucking… rocks. Kappei Yamaguchi fucking killed that role as L, he fucking owned it. I’m so psyched about that. I was expecting like some high pitched annoying character like Inuyasha or Kyle from South Park but nope, he fucking took that shit. Yay Kappei!

Next episode, Light and L have a yaoi slumber party and declare their love for each other.
Actually, no, more drama and we find out more about Light’s happy go lucky family and who the fuck L really is. And more drama.
