I first heard of 9mm Parabellum Bullet roughly four years ago when I was still heavily in the Jrock (not visual kei) scene. A friend gave me their first three indie releases, told me to listen and see if I’d like them. I did, and very much so. Unfortunately, I didn’t actually keep up with them so between their indie release and their latest album, “Vampire”, I didn’t realize how much the band had grown and how fast they went from indie to major in that two year span.
Anyway, 9mm Parabellum Bullet is a alternative/punk/rock group made up of four members. Their style, I’d say, is more similar to The Back Horn — Especially more of their latest released tracks like “Black Market Blues“. They’re not everyone’s cup of tea so I’ll let you guys make your own decisions but I just wanted to get the word out there. My personal favorite s0ng is Living Dying Message that came out October of 2008; which is actually the song that got me back into them again.
So, there you go guys. Give them a listen!
