In the old Greek mythology, Orthros was a two-headed watchdog for Geryon’s heard of red cattle. The brother of Cerebus, he was considered to be the most ruthless until he was slain by Hercules.
What does this mean for our two protagonists’ own fate?
Episode 8! We’re now at the end of this snore fest.
Finally some advancement in Ryuzaki and Ryousuke’s story! It’s actually going somewhere now yet I was still as bored watching as I was last week, probably more so than ever. When you resort to reading a Wikipedia article on Josephine Baker in the middle of the one hour and fifteen minute episode special, you know that’s bad.
In this episode we find out so much about Ryuzaki and Ryousuke’s past and what actually connects them it sort of comes off as a twist. A weak one but certainly a twist nonetheless. When you sit back and think about it, it’s pretty much a “ duh “ revelation when you consider that the Orthros Dog had two heads that were one of his body.
So basically Ryuzaki wanted to meet Ryousuke because he was his long lost brother. Whoops, cat’s out the bag. Sorry. Because Ryousuke had the hand of the devil, their parents decided to basically kill Ryousuke and let Ryuzaki live… Unfortunately, things didn’t work out as planned and Ryousuke managed to live. With this, though, their mother disappeared.
I do have a feeling Ryousuke’s “adoptive” mother is actually their real mother and she just ran away with Ryousuke.
So why is their father so adamant on killing them? Because they’re monsters… or well, not in those words, but they set the world into unrest. After Ryuzaki showing off his skills to the world, Papa Bear decided it’d be best if he just like, you know, blow his kids up. Take a church out, half of an orphanage… You know, all the in the work of a Catholic priest.
Unfortunately this is Japan and the law of physics never applies at all in these shows. I mean we do have two more episodes of this left. Yes, yes, I know. It’s terrible news but hey, we gotta accept the bad with the good.
Anyway, Hasebe’s a dumb bitch. She’s officially a dumb bitch. How in the hell areyou gonna be buddy buddy with psycho lap dog bitch to Sawamura?! I mean, seriously, this crazy crack whore of a coroner gone put your child up in an ultimatum and you got the nerve to have a field day with the bitch at the park? You, my friend, are a dumb bitch. What, you just thought that Sawamura strolled into your apartment by himself without any help?
Ryousuke’s a dumb bitch too but we already figured that one out in EPISODE ONE.
So, Ryuzaki was lying about being “unable to heal himself”. Crazy crackwhore lap dog gets off on finding this information out – Sawamura basically is hellbent on killing the two brothers since you know he eluded to the tale of Hercules in the final minutes of this episode.
