Once Masamune learns the truth, he goes on a quest to really find out how he managed to survive such an extreme fall from atop a skyscraper. Meanwhile, as Hiro and Kouta finally settle their disagreement with each other… Masamune finally discovers there’s more mysteries that lie in his left arm than he originally thought.
First I wanna say hello to all the people reading this blog for the Clone Baby reviews and summaries. I can’t believe there’s a lot of interest in this drama, especially since its not a “prime time” show. There won’t be a summary for this episode, mainly because I’m really busy with work and school and don’t remember much detail, so I’ll just write down my thoughts.
This episodes was definitely a roller coaster of events like every other episode, but, everything finally comes together in this one. Hiro lets the cat out the bag and Masamune is now wanting the answers to his ‘death’ more than ever. How did he survive and why did he survive? How come he has an urge to kill whenever he comes in contact with another clone? What is he to do knowing that he can’t become closer to Marika without killing her? And what happened to his original body and what are they doing with it?
We also get a look at Hiro’s character and see a side we’ve never seen before. This episode lets us know that Hiro isn’t just some antagonist but someone with a human side who’s also lost in this game of musical chairs. The acting, in that regard, definitely stepped up. It seems like everyone is finally getting comfortable in their roles, albeit how short a lot of them are in this show.
Clone Baby is surprisingly getting real good and I honestly can’t wait for the next installment. It seems like I’m looking forward to this drama more than all the other ones I’m watching this season.
Speaking of which, I really like the drama’s theme song. Wonder if I can snag it off of iTunes?
